I had to add some additional things to make it edible. By itself it’s like eating wall paper paste… Hey I was young and I tried it once, never forgot the taste and now I can pass on my knowledge to you. Throw some fruit or honey and it will be okay.

Perfect morning oatmeal – now with PROTEIN from Quinoa – just love it – except there is less in a package…..eating less….but getting more nutrition. I am good with that once in a while. Get some for the kids and add honey and cinnamon.

I eat this for breakfast every morning with cinnamon and berries. Love it because it is gluten free and has a bit of protein and that it is individually wrapped and I can take them with me when I travel.
