The nutrition content is hard to get online, but is very good if you are watching your glycemic index and counting fibers and protiens. I reinvented use for my old rice cooker and a hot breakfast is done by the time I finish my shower in the morning.

I have been looking for a more healthful cream of wheat and was so happy to find this. Not one store in my town ever heard of this brand. so I orderd it on line. It tastes great! It doesn’t take that much more time to cook Cream of the West then the the other brands you find at the store.
