The order has quality prdocut but the instructions are terrible. Kit contains 3 types of peppers, and about six spice packets. There really are no recipes on making your sauces, only general instructions. I tried combining a couple of peppers using the approximate amounts of water and vinegar/sugar. It turned out pretty good, but not as hot as I had hoped. The flavor and consistancy of the sauce is good, especially if you let it age the two weeks. I started using early and still liked the sauce. I was hoping for better instructions and some real recipes. I ordered a pepper sauce recipe book from Amazon, still waiting to receive it, probably get it today. I want to try the real recipes for sauces there. The bottles funnel and other equipment in the kit were quite nice.

Received this gift for Father’s Day and made our first batch tonight. The instructions provide a lot of great ideas and variations to try. So far the sauce smells great and I look forward to trying it when the ageing of the sauce is completely finished. The bottles and the kit are of very good quality and came nicely packed. I would definitely recommend this unique gift to others.
