one advantage of being GMT+10 hours is doing things before the Europeans and Americans!!

Organic Turkey Roll, Roast Potatoes & Pumpkin, and even some Brusselsprouts, though stir fried with bacon & garlic, Cranberry sauce and a traditional pudding afterwards :-)
