These are by far- the best chocolates we have ever had . . . and the military has taken us all over the world! At first I tried ordering from the company directly- but they wanted $120 (we currently live overseas) for shipping for just two boxes! I am soooo grateful that Amazon carries these now! YOU WILL NOT be disappointed….and you will NOT find a better chocolate!

Given the other reviews rating these candies as truly superlative, I was a bit disappointed in that these were only somewhat better than other more common chocolate nut candies I have bought. The price is much higher for the Philadelphia brand. In part, this is because they include a reusable cold liquid pack and thick aluminum foil around the box. I intend to reuse the cold pack, but this brand is still too expensive for me to order often. A major cost factor was that I could not have the shipping covered for free under my Prime membership,because Philadelphia has to do it’s special packing.
A representative of Philadelphia Chocolates just informed me that the cold pack and thick foil and the 9.95$ shipping charge only applies during the warm months, from May 1 to Sept. 30. So from Oct. 1 to April 30, the shipping should be free with my Prime membership. I will probably order more chocolates from them during the period when the shipping is free.

Well he loved it… and they weren’t even his!

I purchased these as a gift for my mother in law. My husband decided that he needed to try them out and ended up eating the entire box!
