If you’re a Rotel fan like I am, then you’re tired of buying 10 oz of it at the store for the price of one of these 28 oz cans. I use it in salads, dips, spaghetti, soup, sandwiches, and almost anything calling for tomato. This is an extremely good deal, the best one I’ve ever found on Rotel. If you don’t need 28 oz, you can pour the remainder in a plastic sandwich bag and store it in the fridge.

These are excellent for use when making Chili. We use them all the time and they WERE a good price at Amazon. We use Amazon whenever we can and the price is comparable to the store. The price has almost doubled since I last purchased these, so I now buy them at the store. The tomatoes and Chilies are cut just right for chili and if you can get the ones with the Jalapenos, they are just the right for most, but if not, a little Tabasco will do the trick. The ones with the Habaneros peppers are a little hot for most folks. So remember, there are three heats Green Chilies, Jalapenos,, and Habaneros.

Good stuff and useful in so many recipes. However, be cautious about your tolerance to hot spices. Since chiles can vary so much in heat you could get a case of product like I did that I have to tone down the heat in any recipe used. And I like hot spicy food !
