this risotto is very good. It actually is a lot like rice-a-roni but with ingredients that are much less processed. Nice cheese flavor and the rice has good texture.

I was curious about this risotto, I never had saffron before. It does have a hay smell and slight flavor to it. It is very interesting. I thought it might be slightly like yellow rice Hispanic’s eat. Because the rice is different and saffron is different than the annatto beans we use it is not the same. I feel like there should have been more saffron it didn’t seem dark enough. But then again I am used to annatto beans. Over all I liked it and found it different in an interesting way. I even added some Spanish seasoning to it one time just to try it and it came out nice. Another time I added some cheese to it and that was nice as well.

Sun-dried tomatoes have the most intense flavor but its not noticeable in this product. It really needs the addition of the butter and the parmesan mentioned in package instructions to give it a punch of flavor.

This review is from: Salute Sante Grape Seed Flour, Chardonnay (1lb) (Misc.)
I like to add a few tablespoons of the grape seed flours to a cookie recipe for added fiber and antioxidants. I cannot really say it affects the taste much, but the color looks somewhat like cocoa powder so it is better used in a dark colored batter recipe, preferably using cocoa powder or whole grain flours.

I added some of this flour to an all purpose gluten free baking mix and made cookies with the resulting mixture. They turned out wonderfully well.
