I couldn’t find quick cooking barley at Whole Foods or Ralph’s and I couldn’t fathom going to one more grocery store for the final ingredient in a recipe… so being lazy I ordered it on Amazon. Didn’t disappoint. The recipe turned out delicious! Now I know Trader Joe’s makes this… good to know. Next time I won’t be so lazy and go pick it up there. But if you don’t have a Trader Joe’s in your area – it’s good to know you can get it on Amazon.
