    For those of you having a problem with a watery product or a product that dries and you can’t get out of the bottle I’ve found that this product separates. If your bottle is watery it’s because it may have been sitting on the shelf for a while. If it is too thick it’s because you’ve been removing the thin separated liquid from the bottle with the solids still stuck in the bottom. The product should be like thick molasses when it comes out of the bottle, but it should pour. If not you need to stir and shake it until you get the molasses consistency. If you have a bottle with nothing left but thick goo in the bottom, add a few drops of water and stir and shake until it dissolves. This really isn’t easy to do because of the bottle’s small opening at the top. I used the handle of a wooden spoon to get to the bottom, after considering trying to cut the top off the bottle. This product should be supplied in a jar or a wide mouth bottle (listen up, manufacturer/supplier). Other than that problem, this is an excellent and delicious sweet syrup. I love the flavor. Tastes almost like a liquid maple sugar candy.

    For suppressing sugar cravings between meals, it is a great product. Also, it is helping me go to the bathroom regularly. I have noticed a few pounds each week but i am using it with GC. I know my comments sound mediocre but for the lasting side effect, I tried a donut without using it and couldn’t stomach the sweet taste. I would say given what I’m seeing, it is a good product. The company at least has testing, lab standards, etc.

    I love this product! I use it in my coffee every morning instead of sugar and I also use it in my smoothies. I have tried other brands of Yacon Syrup and this one is the best.
