   I bought this powder to supplement my diet with greens. The ingredient label lists a lot of good fruits and vegetables, and is relatively free of what I consider filler – typically wheatgrass, barley grass, other grasses, etc. The taste is quite good – mostly fruity with a bit of vegetable, certainly good enough to drink mixed with plain water. Even after mixing thoroughly there’s still a bit of grit/powder-residue, but not too much. I hesitate to give it four stars as the supplement fact (nutrition) label doesn’t list much nutritional value aside from vitamin C. Considering that it’s supposed to contain some decent veggies like broccoli and kale, along with a number of fruits, I’d expect a much wider array of vitamin and mineral content. So either there’s just not much there, or the company isn’t invested enough in this product to do a more thorough analysis. Considering that I can’t even find this stuff listed on Barleans website, I’d be hesitant to buy it again (got it through a local vitamin & supplement store).

   I didn’t think I would like this product because it is very sweet. Then I got the flu and I started putting this powder in everything I drank – goldenseal and nettle tea and my smoothies with protein and baby spinach and baby kale. My flu only lasted four days! I was also taking vitamin B complex and vitamin C. I think that everyone should use this product instead of sugar. It has a really good taste. If I had children I would replace all flavored drinks with this product. They would never know the difference!

   As others have stated it seems like there is a lot going in this product for the nutritional value on the label to state otherwise.
   For instance…there is a list of ingredients under the fiber blend but then under grams of fiber there is a BIG ZERO? I also have not noticed a significant increase in any health benefits and if so, so mild to notice. Price is also a big thumbs down!

   On the positive I think it tastes GREAT mixed with anything, from Water to OJ to Iced Tea…..and I guess it is better for you than Soda.

   Not sure if I would buy it again, as I think the negatives outweigh the positives
