Having celiac I have tried most GF flours out there. This is THE BEST BY FAR! You can use it in place of regular flour and seldom need to change anything unless you use a lot of flour in the recipe then you need to add a little xanthum gum. If you go on Bella’s website you can order this and her bread (BEST BREAD) , among other things. She also has recipes and tips on baking with her mix. It is a lot more expensive, but is so worth the cost. I only wish it was for sale in our area. If you have to eat gluten free, please try this flour!!!

I am gluten-free and have discovered Bella all-purpose mix and Bella Pizza/Foccacia mix. I have had great luck in substituting one-to-one in all kinds of baking including a high altitude from scratch angel food cake. My husband, who is not gluten-free, even finds their pie crust recipe to be very good so we can both eat pie and neither of us feel like we are compromising on taste. I don’t know how they did it but this is good stuff. Not cheap but well worth it if you need gluten-free but want to still bake some of your traditional recipes.
