Addendum – September 13, 2008:
I find myself using this mix much as someone would use any baking mix. It makes lovely scones and biscuits. I haven’t tried any of the “impossible” dishes that rely on a well-known baking mix; however I suspect that Bob’s 7-Grain Pancake and Waffle Mix would work splendidly in that capacity as well.
