   We love Bob’s Red Mill products, and the price Amazon offers if you buy the 4-pack can’t be beat. The rice cooks up nicely when you follow the directions on the package, even in the rice cooker (am I the only one who has a hard time getting brown or wild rice right in a rice cooker?!)

   The packaging recommends storing the rice in the fridge or freezer. I didn’t do this with the first bag, and after just a couple weeks of being open, but closed with a clip, it got bugs. I’ve never had that happen before in any of my other rice bags. So definitely follow their advice to store it in the fridge! I can’t bring myself to use the rest now

   If you have read much about rice lately in the news, you know that rice is a food very high in pesticides. Rice is not easy to rinse, so buying Bob’s Red Mill organic brown rice is a cost-effective and very delicious way to make sure your rice is safe for your family.

   I am eating a healthier diet and brown rice is what I choose. I usually have sautéed veggies or a chicken mix with veggies over rice. This is a delightful and healthy choice for a meal. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Rice Medium Grain Brown, 27-Ounce (Pack of 4) Organic Medium Grain Brown Rice is a wonderful addition to my meal. Cooks up beautifully and offers a heartier texture than short grain rice.

   This rice has:

   Pack of four, 27-ounce (total of 108-ounce)
   All natural
   Kosher certified
   Trans fat free
   Cholesterol free

   This organic rice is much better than I expected. A bit more expensive than some we see in the stores, but much better tasting. However, it is a good buy relative to your money. Amazon gives one of the better prices. It is amazing to me how much I purchase from Amazon.
