Milk Lunch are thinner. Royal Lunch are thicker.They are 2 different brands.

These are not the milk crackers I remember. They are similar in color and shape, but are thinner. The oldies and goodies were more tender. They also tasted better. These are crisper, dryer, and fairly tasteless. They might be OK under a really delicious topping when all you want is something more edible than cardboard to covey the gooey stuff to your mouth. However, they arrived with many broken crackers, so if you are planning a party be sure to order enough to make up for that. I was so excited when I thought I had found those lovely old fashioned crackers Mama used to give me with my tomato soup or under a cloud of cottage cheese. I am very disappointed.

These cannot be referred to as ” Lunch” Milk Crackers trying to make them sound like Royal Lunch Milk Crackers in any way. The original Royal Lunch was a Nabisco brand, thicker, tastier and way better that these. I have ordered these from several sources and they do NOT compare. Bad news:Nabisco will not be baking these – they have been discontinued, but you can call or write them (as I have done) and plead with them to produce these once again. Good Luck!!
