    I have been using Chef Keith’s organic spices now for over 2 years. The Grilled Chicken and Montana Steak seasonings are my favorite. Sprinkle the grilled chicken on some breasts or thighs and grill. My family loves them so much that when I ran out (and Keith was out of stock), they pretty much complained every time I grilled chicken. Now that they are back in stock, we are happy campers. Chef Keith Snow and Harvest Eating has been excellent to work with, and I do enjoy his recipes and podcasts as well. His turkey roasting method saved my bacon two Thanksgivings ago. No more dried turkey. Do yourself a favor and try these seasonings. One word of advice – if you like them, make sure you get an extra or two.

    Once again – Harvest Eating products prove that you still get what you pay for in the good ‘ole U.S of A. I have never, NEVER served a steak using this blend that doesn’t get rave reviews! Very simple: Let your preferred cut of steak warm up to room temperature, rub lightly with olive oil then apply this blend liberally and press into the meat (I use disposable gloves for this). I like it a bit heavier – but try it at different levels to see what you like. The orange peel is the PERFECT thing to set this blend off. I grill steaks at very high temp 6-700 deg. F and even when “charred” this stuff is the bomb. Prepare for a party in your mouth. I can’t recommend highly enough. Aroma, flavor and unique-ness (is that a word?). This has it all.

    Wonderful chicken spice rub!, December 17, 2015
    Recently purchased this rub, along with the Montreal Steak, beef and brisket, northern Italian, poke loin, seafood, curry, and Carolina BBQ. I’ve used them all and they are fantastic. Hence why I keep buying and using them. The combination of flavors accentuate the protein without overpowering the meal. The added bonus is that they are not full of cellulose fillers and anti caking agents. These spices are seasonal, buy them while they are in, it could be a while before they restock. Way to go Harvest Eating and Chef Snow!
