I count my macros diligently, and peanut butter is an important and healthy fat source, so did not want to cut it out of my diet entirely.
So these squeeze packs of Justin’s are just the ticket – I ration myself one a day. Of course Justin’s PB and other nut butters are famous for their quality and taste, no complaints there. These packets can be wicked expensive, but Amazon has by far the best price I’ve found anywhere! Thanks Amazon!

This was all solved when I found Justins Natural Classic Peanut Butter 1.15 oz packets. Now I just take a case of 10 packs with me and bring one to breakfast every morning. Each packet works out to be about 1.5-2 tablespoons of peanut butter. I love the fact that its all natural peanut butter and not the Skippys or Jiff kind where they load those up with sugar. The only thing you kind of have to do before you rip the top off and squeeze is to massage the packet a little to ensure that the peanut butter inside is mixed with its oils. If you’ve ever bought all natural peanut butter at the market, then you know what I mean.
