   If you like moist (not the hard ones) Christmas-cakes, or “South Asian fruit-cakes”, then this will taste GREAT to you.
   I love the taste, especially since I already like Dates and Cashews.
   No added sugar, nor salt, nor spices even… literally just TWO ingredients in this particular Larabar (“Cashew Cookie”). I shall be ordering more for on-the-go snacking without any guilt.

   As someone who is gluten free, it’s hard to find yummy snack bars. I absolutely love the Cashew Cookie and Peanut Butter flavors of Lara Bar, and I also love that the ingredient list is so short and simple. These bars are not overly sweet and they are moist and chewy. I have to admit, however, that I am not a fan of the fruit flavors that I’ve tried.

   I didn’t really enjoy the Larabar cashew cookie flavor bar. I thought it was a little bland.
