   These are just wonderful. Yummy sweet coconut with salty crunchy nuts….the sweet and salt are perfectly paired. Not too much of either. The texture is semi soft with great chewiness. Not hard or crunchy and dry…but not muffin soft either. Perfection!

   Our granddaughter can not eat regular snacks. So we bought these to try them out for when she visits. They are very good.

   I first heard about this bar on The Biggest Loser. I thought it would make a great meal replacement for me, and honestly I LOVE coconut macaroons. I couldn’t give these away. I was greatly disappointed. If it had been advertised as just a nut bar with coconut, that might have seemed more accurate. I expected a lot more coconut, and just wasn’t satisfied with the taste. It’s sweet, but also seems to contain a lot of salt. Bottom line: If you love macaroons, this may not be the bar for you.
