For a few years I searched stores in my area to obtain the elusive creamy chicken maruchan ramen. Then finally, after deciding that this flavor must cause cancer and that is why stores do not sell it any more, I found it here! Cancer be damned because I am eating this wonderful treat from the friendly people at maruchan. Thank you.

I got these since they were on sale, I love ramen especially nong shim, but I thought I would give Maruchan a try. Surprisingly, I really liked this ramen. It has a creamy taste, mixed with chicken broth. It reminds me of creamy pasta but not overly creamy, I should say just right creamy taste. If you are looking for NONspicy, “americanized” ramen, this is it. Give it a try. But, please do NOT add 2 cups of water as it says in the bag, I add 1 cup to 1.25 cup of water instead and it tastes much better.

This is my favorite type of ramen, and I was so disappointed when stores stopped carrying it. It’s very reasonably priced, and so nice after a couple of years to have it in my pantry again. Way better than regular chicken flavor or *shudder* shrimp.
