Just as good as Starbucks.,
Pros:
-Big bag! 8oz may not seem like a lot, however, you need less than one tablespoon to make a good cup of tea; I use about ¾ TBSP and then I sprinkle some on top. You will get a lot of uses out of this bag. If the bag costs about $15 and you get about 50 cups of tea, that comes out to 30 cents per cup. When you think about paying $5 for a green tea latte at Starbucks, that definitely is worth it!
-Finely ground. I have bought cheap matcha in the past that does not seem to quite dissolve properly into the liquid, thus creating an undesirable texture for my tea. This tea is very fine, with an almost chalk-like texture.
-Good flavor. The recipe that I use to make my tea involves a few steps, but it’s worth it. I like to make mine similar to Starbucks, so I use a modified version of their recipe. **Heat 12 ounces of milk (I prefer soy) on the stove until hot but not boiling. At the same time, heat 2 TBSP of water in the microwave in coffee mug until hot. Whisk a little less than 1 TBSP matcha into the water (this helps dissolve it better). Remove the milk from the heat and pour into coffee mug and mix with the water and matcha. Add simple syrup to taste. (By the way, you can pay $20 for Starbucks syrup or you can look up a recipe for simple syrup online. Easiest thing in the world to make—just water and sugar!)**
Cons:
