Since I am allergic to potatos, I found it difficult to find gluten free without potato starch. This flour was perfect. I have made bread with it, and it is better than anything in the stores. I’ve also used it to bake my favorite muffins and the difference was barely noticeable. Great product.

I have been mixing my flours to bake. But this blend comes in handy when I am short of time. I have successfully used it to convert my toll house cookie recipe, muffin recipes etc from gluten cookbooks and it works fine. The nicest thing is that it already has the gum in it, so its easy baking, with great quality! Thank you Amazon for carrying this it sures beats the local haelth food store price and is delivered to my doorstep!

This flour is the closest thing in taste and usability to normal wheat flour that i have found. My wife has been gluten free for about three years and we’ve been trying everything we can get our hands on. This is the first to beat out Kings GF flour in my opinion. My wife also has an allergy to corn, so this was a perfect choice, as corn starch is used in most GF flours for the texture it helps create.
Watch out when trying to make something fluffy like pancakes or cookies, you’ll want to use a little less flour, or a little more liquids as this tends to turn into what feels like bread dough pretty quickly.
Also, don’t over-mix the dough, unless you are kneading it to make bread or something with that ‘tougher’ feel to it. It makes a very dense dough pretty quickly.

I’ve already gone through 2-1/2 bags this month, but it is the holidays and my kids are finally old enough to make gingerbread cookies!

OK, But has added sugar, January 9, 2013

If you’re looking for a truly “all natural” peanut butter, this probably isn’t the one to pick as it has added sugar. I tried to read the ingredients before the purchase, but couldn’t see anything about that. The “upside” of the sugar is that it holds the peanut butter together rather than it separating, so if you don’t mind the sugar and like textural consistency to your peanut butter, this is probably OK for you.

I didn’t write a review for this, but see it in my “review” pile, so here goes: its good, and its gone!

The Skippy Natural is tasty: it has a nutty natural flavor, but isn’t super-hard like some other natural brands. As the label reads, its actually “creamy”! I also appreciate the wide jar, which makes getting the last bit out of such a large container easy to do.

We have since bought a smaller jar, but will again purchase this one when the time comes. Excellent price for a tasty, high-quality flavor!

Delicious, all natural (at least that’s what they say), and spreads easily. It’s almost as delectable as the peanut butter company’s bees knees peanut butter. But then again that has a leg up because of the honey addition. Overall, a great purchase
