This is a handy way to carry snacks around when you are on the go. The nuts are not overly salty and the sweet fruit is not overly sweet. A nice blend of crunchy and chewy. This contains cranberries, dried apples, almonds, cashews, pistachios, sea salt and sunflower oil. There is some sugar in the apples and cranberries but it doesn’t taste overly sweet.
