Julia wanted a simple lunch and the comforting organic somen noodles really hit the spot. With the same bonito-based soup infused into the silky somen noodles, silky cubes of tofu, chunks of tender pumpkin, some wakame seaweed, topped with a togarashi chilli and sesame powder, it was a great bowl of warming noodles.
