Really poor tasting vegetable soup.,
The dehydrated vegetables in the product do not taste at all like the vegetables they originate from. The potato is of a rubbery texture and tastes nothing like a potato. The carrots do not taste like carrots, and the sweetener added to the package gives the soup a very disconcerting taste.
It really is not a very edible product as the taste and texture of the vegetables are way off.
I know it is possible to make a much better vegan vegetable soup with dehydrated vegetables. There is much to be desired in this product. It is a shame that companies do not test products like these before packaging them and putting them up for sale.
I feel I can give you a heads up about this product and you can certainly find a better way to spend your food dollar.
