I love this stuff – and it’s so good for you. It’s been dubbed the world’s perfect grain. I use it in a cold salad recipe that is to die for – I love the fact that it’s pre-rinsed. In my personal experience – it’s a pain in the behind to rinse Quinoa yourself – it’s itty bitty! BetterBody always has the best, freshest products – love them – love the brand! Love the prices! Love that Amazon carries it! That’s a lotta love..
