This is an excellent little snack — much better than most little nut packs. This is gluten free, vegan, and kosher. They are 90 calories for .75 ounce and it has 2 g of protein and 1g fiber. It’s amazing.

It’s impossible to explain how great these are. They are ridiculously good.

I LOVE that I have found this on Amazon where I can buy directly this product instead of having to place a huge order on GoPicnic. These are a staple in my high-protein diet, I always keep one in my purse. I like them so much, I often distribute them as samples to friends.
