These are for microwave oven use only.
Place in microwave for about 4 minutes and its done. The clear seal pops up on its own. Remove it when done, pick up the inner steamer tray then dump the contents in the bowl and mix.
Plenty of Big chunks of chicken. I cut them up in smaller pieces so I could then eat the dinner with a large soup spoon rather than a fork.
The marinara sauce had a nice flavor, not too tangy or spicy. It didn’t have a very cheesy odor or flavor either.
There are 13 different dinner choices I counted at the grocery store today. I will definately be buying more of these. I may experiment a little bit and add some other ingredients. 9.5 ounces seemed pretty filling, but I’m a big guy & need a bit more than offered here.
