   I’ve made many pounds of sausage over the years, this brand really didn’t have much flavor to it. Unfortunately I have to add seasonings to it when cooking to get a breakfast blend flavor. Think I’ll go back to my old brand, you do get what you pay for. The amount of work and meat that goes into making sausage isn’t worth using a seasoning mix that doesn’t meet expectations.

   Its OK tasting. Needs double the quantity to flavor. Need to add Pappy’s Spice and Salt to get it tasting real good.
