I love Hickory Farms Sweet Hot Mustard. It will definitely open your nasal passages, that’s for sure! Maybe cheaper directly from HF, but worth it for a nice Christmas gift for my hubby

This tastes good, but calling it “sweet hot” is definitely not accurate. This is a happy middle ground between a dijon and a deli mustard and goes beautifully with pork and is especially nice on hotdogs and sandwiches. However, there’s nothing hot about it. It is tasty nonetheless. In case you’re wondering here’s the ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Water, Wheat Flour, Mustard, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Salt, One or More of the Following Gums: Locust Bean, Xanthan, Alginate, Guar. If you’re looking for an actual bit of spice you’re better off with a darker mustard, or something like Beaver Sweet Hot Mustard which has prepared horseradish in it for a nice kick.

We use this in a recipe for deviled eggs, and it makes them so much better than any other option out there. It’s a bit overpriced on line, but it is hard to find in the stores except at Christmas. So we always get it on amazon. Delicious, and we highly recommend it. Try it in your deviled eggs and you’ll never go use anything else again.
