As pre diabetic I have to watch the carbs. This bar is easy to carry in purse and has protein and low carbs. The subscription price beat Walmarts price. Good for that.

I tried these instead of kind bars for a change, and less expensive. They are old and stale, tasteless and hard. Don’t know if we would like fresh ones, but I wouldn’t buy them again
