Delicious flavor combination, falls apart easily,
The one thing that bugs me is these crumble apart as you lift them out of the wrapper! Literally! So I have to eat them by keeping it lying in the wrapper and breaking pieces off as I eat. It is, oddly, rather sticky despite the crumbly nature, so breaking off pieces leaves my fingers a bit sticky.
Ingredients: toasted coated multigrain cereal (whole grain rolled oats, sugar, whole grain rolled wheat, whole grain rolled rye, molasses, soybean oil, natural flavor, soy lecithin), almonds, tapioca syrup, sugar, dried cherries, pistachios, honey, red tart cherry juice, sunflower oil, water, glycerin, salt, soy lecithin, citric acid

Not healthy, but delicious and an energy boost,
If you are active this is a quick and delicious way to boost your energy. Do not be fooled, however, into thinking that this is good for weight loss or overall healthy eating. It’s not, although it’s a cut above candy, donuts and other treats that we use for quick energy. Also, this is not terrible when taken in moderation. One for breakfast will kickstart you, and if you have a fast metabolism these are wonderful.
If you love cashews and walnuts mixed with apple flavor cranberries and cinnamon you are going to love the taste. Note that these are chewy instead of crunchy, so they are more like a fruit bar than a granola one.
The reason I mentioned the health aspects is the nutritional values get low marks. Each bar contains 160 calories, of which 50 are from fat. It also contains 25 grams of carbs, of which 14 are from sugar, so if you are restricting carb intake this is a fairly high number. It is also moderately high in sodium at 80mg.
Don’t let the nutritional picture I painted deter you because if you are active, have no dietary restrictions and/or enjoy these in moderation (like one a day) they are a nice treat. I have found them to be a perfect way to start the day when I am low on energy, but I consume about one a week.

Excellent taste, but not ideal for health purists,
If you are a health purist, however, note this: The manufacturer does not list this as organic or non-GMO. It contains soy products, and they are among the most GMO-infiltrated agribiz crops in the US. This bar also contains unhealthy omega-6 oil (sunflower).
For a bar that meets the non-GMO requirement (though it does have a bit of omega-6 in the form of sunflower oil), a possibility is KIND PLUS Gluten Free Bars.
INGREDIENTS: Toasted coated multigrain cereal (whole grain rolled oats, sugar, whole grain rolled wheat, whole grain rolled rye, molasses, soybean oil, natural flavor, soy lecithin), dried sweetened peaches (peaches, sugar, citric acid), almonds, tapioca syrup, honey, sugar, sunflower oil, water, glycerin, salt, natural flavor, soy lecithin.
CONTAINS ALMOND, WHEAT, AND SOY INGREDIENTS. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUT AND OTHER TREE NUTS.
