|Surprised That I’m Just Now Finding 30 in 30!,
Pros:
Tastes almost like chocolate cake. Maybe on the thin watery side probably bc i use water and am lactose intolerant so no milk to thicken it up
Filling. i start my mornings at 4:45am and in general dont feel hungry until about 11ish
Doesnt screw with my digestive system. Unlike some other shakes that make you feel gassy, bloated, or having you running to the bathroom half a hour after drinking them.
Mixes well. No gritty feeling or chunks. I use a blender bottle with the metal spring ball to shake mine and havent had an issue with any shakes except the above mentioned RAW shake
Convenient. While i enjoy scooping from a tub/bag because it produces less trash. Its convenient to not measure and just rip open a pouch in the morning.
Cons:
Sweet. It is on the sweeter side with straight water which i dont mind putting up with since it doesnt taste like dirt and i have a sweet tooth anyway. Milk would probably mask the sweetness some but since i cant have it. i’ll just have to deal.
It’s not “creamy” like the description but it does mix smooth. When i read that i thought it would have the mouth feel like drinking Muscle Milk which is a thicker almost like drinking a watered down milkshake. Not being creamy isnt a con but just not the right descriptor.
Overall: Ive only had it for a few days now so i cant explain long term effects like weight-loss or anything but it tastes good, mixes smooth, and keeps me satisfied until lunch. I will buy it again after this bag runs out.
